  • Brittany Hofferber

    Co-Founder

    A current medical student at Rutger’s Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. Graduated with High Distinction from the University of Virginia, Class of 2021. Previous research at Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians & Surgeons and the Program for Anxiety, Cognition, and Bias. Her interests include: holistic wellness, cardiopulmonary disease, and precision medicine.

  • Sara Zargham

    Co-Founder

    Graduated from the University of Virginia, Class of 2021. She majored in Cognitive Science with a concentration in Neuroscience and a minor in Health and Wellbeing. Currently pursuing a career in healthcare consulting and business, her interests include: nutrition, fitness, holistic health care, and exercise as prevention for the disease.

  • Dominique Mclymont

    Graduated from the University of Virginia, Class of 2021. She majored in Cognitive Science with a concentration in Linguistics. Her interests include: singing, playing instruments, learning languages, and working toward gender and racial equity.

  • Regina Taylor

    Director of Diversity and Inclusion

    Graduated from the Unversity of Virginia, Class of 2021. She majored in Global Public Health, Accelerated Master in Public Health Candidate with a minor in Pre-Med. Her interests include: social determinants of health, cooking, beauty, haircare, and art.

  • Lindsey Davis

    Director of Content and Campus Ambassador Program

    Currently attending the University of Virginia, Class of 2024. She is majoring in Media Studies. Her interests include mental and physical well being, as well as travel and food. She is looking to work in the Marketing space, post-grad.

    Web Developer

    Graduated from Wake Forest University, Class of 2021. She majored in Computer Science with a minor in Studio Art. Former ACC D1 track athlete. Currently working in software engineering, her interests include: cyber security, data analysis, digital art, and weightlifting.

    Currently attending the University of Virginia, Class of 2024. She is majoring in Psychology. Her interests include mental health advocacy, reading, cooking, and music.

    Brand Strategic Analyst

    Graduated from the University of Virginia, Class of 2021. Majored in Financial Markets and Economics. Currently working at Red Light Management in LA. Her interests include digital health innovation, behavioral finance, and investment, and urban semiotics.

  • Charlotte Miller

    Team Member & Content Strategist

    Working as a registered nurse at University of Colorado Medical Center. Graduated from the University of Southern California (BA) and Columbia University (RN). She majored in Lifespan Health with a minor in Public Health. Her interests include: gerontology, longevity sustainability, hiking, health, and fitness.

    Team Member

    Graduated from University of Virginia in 2022, majored in Media Studies & French. Currently lives in DC where she is working in digital marketing. Interests include Sunday morning farmers markets and collecting cookbooks

  • Riley May

    Marketing Assistant

    Second-year Echols Scholar at the University of Virginia. Riley is currently studying astrophysics and economics. Her interests include marketing, astrophysics research, and women’s mental health wellness.

    Currently attending the University of Virginia, Class of 2024. She is majoring in Commerce with a concentration in Marketing and a minoring in Health & Wellness. Her interests include: nutrition, fitness, cooking, and entrepreneurship.

    Team Member and Podcast Host

    Medical student at Arizona Creighton School of Medicine. Has an M.Ed in Exercise Physiology, and graduated from the University of Virginia, Class of 2021. Her interests include: exercise science, fitness, dance, and exercise & nutrition as it relates to preventing/helping with the disease.

    Graduated from the University of Virginia, 2023, with a degree in Nursing. Currently working in DC as a hematology/oncology registered nurse. Her interests include: hiking, mindfulness, yoga, running, and she’s a foodie.

    Currently in Nursing School. Graduated from the University of Virginia in 2023, majoring in Global Public Health and Cognitive Science: Neuroscience. She has experience in the healthcare finance sector as well as clinical healthcare. Her interests include mental health, health equity, social injustices, and tennis.

    Currently working as a patient care technician for a functional and integrative medicine clinic. and teaches classes at pure barre. Graduated University of Virginia, Class of 2022. She majored in Cognitive Neuroscience with a minor in Health & Wellness and psychology.

    Presidential Associate at the Estée Lauder Companies in New York. Graduated from the University of Virginia in 2023; majoring in Media Studies and minoring in Psychology. Interests include: marketing, beauty, wellness, and fashion.

  • Sheila Sahni, M.D. FACC FSCAI

    Member of Advisory Board

    She is the director of the Women’s Heart Program at Shani Heart Center. Her interests include: use of social media for cardiovascular disease education, patient awareness & advocacy. Her media appearances: physician expert on TBS & TNT’s groundbreaking medical series, Chasing a Cure, a show using media as a platform to crowdsource a diagnosis for patients with unsolved medical mysteries.

  • Candice Myhre, M.D.

    Member of Advisory Board

    She is a Board Certified Emergency Medicine Physician & International Surf Doctor. Her interests include: use of social media for awareness of canceling sexism in medicine and educating future generations regarding women’s health issues. Her media appearances: “Dr. Bikini” ignited the #medbikini movement that swept through the entire world igniting other female healthcare workers to stand against sexism in medicine. Appeared on countless news media publications, podcasts, and interviews regarding issues facing women in medicine.
